About
About Us
Menopause Connect & Thrive CIC is a North Wales–based social enterprise dedicated to improving menopause awareness, support and outcomes across communities and workplaces across the UK.
We work in partnership with organisations, community groups and public sector partners to deliver innovative, accessible menopause education and support. Our work combines evidence-informed learning with compassionate peer connection, creating safe and supportive environments where people can talk openly, share experiences and access practical support.
Our programmes include training, community support groups, workplace development, events, arts-in-health and nature-based wellbeing activities. Through these initiatives we help individuals better understand and manage the impact menopause can have on physical health, mental wellbeing, relationships and working life.
We deliver both in-person and online services, including bespoke training for leadership teams, managers and frontline staff, café-style conversation spaces, creative wellbeing programmes and policy development support for organisations.
At the heart of our work is a simple but powerful aim:
'to help individuals, communities and organisations move from simply surviving menopause to truly thriving.'

About
Our Approach
Menopause Connect & Thrive is committed to becoming a psychologically informed and trauma-aware organisation.
Both Emma and Lisa bring experience of implementing trauma-informed approaches within organisations, ensuring that our work is delivered in a way that prioritises safety, compassion, inclusion and understanding.
This approach recognises that life experiences can shape how individuals experience menopause and access support, and it ensures that our programmes are designed to be respectful, empowering and accessible to all.
